Tri-Laminate Diabetic Insole

Full Length Total Contact Model 4200

The 4200 is a full length foot orthoses made to protect the feet of individuals in danger of skin breakdown and ulceration due to diabetes or lack of sensation in the extremities. Insoles feature a formable 1/8" 20 Shore A ProCell® top cover layer for total contact comfort and support. The extra middle 1/6" Poron® layer provides even greater shock absorption, comfort and support than bi-layer inserts. The firm 3/16" 40 Shore A Procell base is lightweight, durable and heat formable to provide an anatomical mold of the foot. Base provides stability and support and sits naturally in the shoe, also has lateral arch support. When formed correctly, these insoles will provide total contact support to the foot, minimizing pressure points, comforting and protecting diabetic or sensitive feet.

Sherform Bi-Laminate Diabetic Insole

Full Length Total Contact Model 4400

The 4400 is a full length foot orthoses made to protect the feet of individuals in danger of skin breakdown and ulceration due to diabetes or lack of sensation in the extremities. Insoles feature a dual laminate of Plastazote top cover over cushioning Poron layer. Dual layers are laminated to a ¾ length support base of thermocork. Thermocork base provides stability and support and is hypo-allergenic and heat moldable. When formed correctly, these insoles will provide total contact support to the foot, minimizing pressure points, comforting and protecting diabetic or sensitive feet.

"EZ Mold" Diabetic Insole

Our EZ Mold Inserts are designed for forming CUSTOM Diabetic Insoles. Use like a foam blocker, vacuum forming over a patient mold, but with improved product features AND less trimming, grinding and waste.

Features:

  • Tri-Layer Construction - 3D Version 1/8" 20 Shore A ProCell top layer, 1/6" Poron cushioning middle layer, over a firm 40 Shore A ProCell EVA base.
  • Full Length - Total contact insole for use on the diabetic foot and at risk patients.
  • Built in Arch Support - Pre-formed arch support provides excellent longitudinal support. Makes forming quick and easy, eliminating the need for arch filling, grinding and sanding in most cases.
  • Metatarsal Raise - Can be adjusted when heated to increase met raise or pushed out to lower for sensitive feet.
  • Pre-formed Heel Cup, Arch Support - Pre-shaped with a deep heel cup, arch support, and medial/lateral rims to help save time and facilitate easier custom molding.
  • High Quality Materials - With cushioning Poron middle layer for long lasting comfort and shock absorption.
  • Heat Moldable - Can be formed at 250B Fahrenheit with a heat gun or placed in oven.
